Staff are Top Notch

We really enjoyed our stay at the Envy Hotel. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants, the promenade and historical sights. The thing that really set this hotel apart was the staff, however. They really went out of their way to help us and provide the best experience possible. It was a real pleasure to stay here.

Loved this hotel!

We loved this hotel! It is right in the city centre so ideal for us to stay at while visiting friends. Everything was lovely and gowns and slippers in our room was a nice extra. The staff were lovely and so friendly & polite. The roof top terrace was a great place to have breakfast also an evening glass of wine - perfect!

Envy Hotel in Durres was an excellent choice. It was elegant, the staff we helpful and friendly and the location was in the heart of a trendy neighborhood. The concierge, Meri was very friendly, respectful and welcoming. The cost of our stay was affordable and well worth the price. I highly recommend a stay at the Envy Hotel when you are in Durres.

Will definitely return! Amazing vibe!

We loved this hotel so much! Wished we had a longer stay! It’s close to everything downtown and the ambiance of the hotel is unlike any other! From the heated floors in the bathroom and soft jazz playing when the lights were on, to the comfortable bed and beautiful decor, we just couldn’t get enough of this hotel!! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful too!

We were blown away by Envy. The rooms were lovely, breakfast was great, and the front desk attendant went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Would absolutely recommend Envy to anyone going to Durrës!

There’s lots of great things about Envy Hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful, our room was spacious with high ceilings, the bed was big and comfortable, the shower was great, there’s complimentary bottled water and it was all very clean. What stops this otherwise nice hotel from getting top marks off us is: The noise. From early morning til late evening (although not through the night), there is intrusive and unpleasant music piped into the bedroom corridors. There’s no chance of a restful lie in or an afternoon siesta - even a good set of earplugs doesn’t dull it. It’s fine and perfectly understandable in the lobby or bar areas, but why it needs to be right outside the bedrooms is a mystery. We did mention it to the staff, but it continued. There’s also a lack of plug sockets - if you want to charge your phone up you can’t have your bedside lamp on. There was a nice standard lamp in the corner of the room, but it couldn’t be plugged in as there were no sockets for it. A small thing, but irritating…. There was only 4 coat hangers in the lovely large wardrobe, so take your own if you’re staying more than one night. There’s a kettle and cups and saucers, with herbal tea and sugar provided. So bring coffee/tea if herbal isn’t your thing and you want a drink in your room. A pleasant enough stay and if it wasn’t for the loud piped music the other very minor irritations wouldn’t put us off staying again.

Couldn’t fault it

What a great find. Staff were second to none. I didn’t get the receptionist’s name, but she was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was great, with a comfortable bed. We will return if we’re in Durrës again

Perfekt beliggenhed i byen

Beliggenheden er helt fantastisk. Det ligger centralt og man kan gå til strand og vand uden at være langt uden for byen. Sengen var fin og stor. Masser af plads. Badeværelset er også fint. Det er muligt at tilkøbe morgenmad. Det gjorde vi dog ikke da det er meget dyrt sammenlignet med de nærliggende bagerier og caféer.

Très bel hôtel.

L'hôtel est magnifique et très confortable. Placé au centre de Durres où tout peut se faire à pied et à 5 minutes de la balade le long de la plage. Nous avons essayé petit déjeuner et repas, très bien également. Le personnel est adorable, accueillant et près à rendre service.
