Great place to spend the night in Dumaguete. The kids loved the pool. Rooms were clean and spacious. Parking is a little difficult and navigating the hotel can be a challenge but overall a great place to stay.

Older hotel bathroom needs to be regrouted. Rain shower head in bathroom. Bathroom drainage is not great. Coffee maker broken. Outside light always on so no blackout for sleep Pool closes at 7pm. Will never change me back but the free breakfast was great

Nice hotel near the Sibulan (Dumaguete) airport

This hotel is located only 10 minutes from the airport, therefore, excellent for overnight stay. Additionally, it is located 15-20 minutes by tricycle to the Robinson Shopping Center where you could find anything you might need. I would stay there again in the future.

The breakfast was awesome …the guard at the door was great ,one couldn’t ask for a better person ..so if one stays here ,please give her a tip ..big smiles and very friendly and helpful …only down side ,the rooms don’t have wash cloths or face towels ..other than that it’s a good place to stay

I got Executive Room, wasnt nothing special. They had no towels in room upon arriving. Tv channels wasnt my language.This hotel is nothing special. Lobby not cold. Its just overpriced. You can fo alot better money wise in the area.

I would not recommend this property to stay at. It took multiple requests to get our room cleaned. No wifi until last day. Outdated rooms. Had mosquitoes in room. Disnt even have a hair dryer. Only 3 towels. Overpriced.

The desk clerk was rude and falsely claimed I reserved a room with two twin beds. I had to be assertive and made them put us in a room with a queen bed. Also there was no hot water and the toiletries were lacking. The hotel is laid out strangely makking it difficult for someone with a disability to get around.

I have never had such a poor experience at a hotel in my entire life and traveling to over 15 different countries. Avoid this place at all costs it is no mistake why the place is rated so poorly. Management should be fired immediately or this place will probably go out of business in the near future.
