Same old hotel

Stayed here several times when passing through Dumaguete. Nice open air breezeway. Short walk to Rizal, 7-11 across the park. Got a room with two beds, both the room and the bathroom were large, good aircon and tv. No breakfast resto anymore, but there is a new coffee shop in lobby with Filipino foods. Siren nearby went off twice around 9 & 10 pm after I was asleep👎

Bedroom, bathroom is very disappointing, no complimentary bottled water, had to ask for water since faucet water is non potable . We only stayed one night, had to move to another place. The remaining nights we have to forfit.

Very small room.. But willing to stay. But no TV service or Internet .. Booked for 2 nights.. asked if I could just stay 1 and get refund for 2nd. they say No.. because I used expedia... So I left immediately.. took the Loss.. Oh well.. found a nice room near by.

Hotel with cockroaches, unpleasant smell, a lot of noise, very small room, broken accessories, not very clean bathrooms, mattress very old and uncomfortable. Very bad experience

Good, affordable hotel in the center of Dumaguete

As soon as I arrived at Plaza Maria Luisa Suites, I was greeted by friendly, smiling staff. My check-in was quick and the private room with private bath that I stayed in was clean & comfortable. Wifi also worked well in the room. The front desk was helpful in giving me information about how to get around to the nearby towns. The location is perfect as it’s in the city center, near the Church, the public market & painitan stalls, Rizal Blvd, lots of restaurants, coffee shops or bars, and near jeepney stops. I stayed here for 3 nights and would stay here again when I come back to Dumaguete.

立地だけで宿泊の価値あり

窓なしの部屋だったので朝か夜かわかりにくかったが私は特に気になりませんでした。スタッフは口コミ通りいい人達でした。立地は本当にいいです。２４時間営業のマクドナルドとジョリビーが、徒歩１分と徒歩5分のところに２軒ずつあります。２４時間営業のチョーキンもあります。スーパーマーケットのロビンソンも徒歩5分のところにあります。それ以外にも地元のピザレストランありました。入っていないので味はわかりませんが。それ以上にビジネスしたのは海がやはり徒歩5分のところにあり、歩いて行ったらおしゃれなレストランがいくつもありました。ちょっと言い過ぎかも知れないけど、マウイ島のラハイナのような雰囲気を私は感じました。宿泊設備はともかく、立地だけでも、ここに泊まる価値があると思います。

Grea value!!!

Was only in Dumaguette for one night and needed two rooms at the last minute. This hotel was very very cheap, but offered a high standard of service and the rooms were better than what I expected for the money....working wifi, air con, cable tv...all bang in the centre of town and 5 mins walk from the Promenade.
