Saapuessamme respa ei ollut auki, vaikka oltiin ilmoitettu olevan auki 23.00 asti. Respan oveen oltiin vain jätetty paperilappu, missä ilmoitettiin mikä huone ja mistä avain löytyy, mutta avainkaan ei löytynyt sieltä mistä oltiin luvattu. Lisäksi oli sekoilua huoneiden kanssa. Huoneen päivittäinen siivous oli hieman huono, eikä esim. lakanoita vaihdettu kertaakaan majoituksemme aikana. Saatiin kuitenkin nopeasti yhteys henkilökuntaan, ja asiat järjestyi. Työntekijät itsessään ystävällisiä, ja saimme asiallista palvelua. Sympaattinen pieni hotelli.

Kiva, pieni hotelli. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Aamiaisella oli tarjolla perustuotteet. Äänieristys terassinovessa hyvä, mutta käytävästä ja jopa naapurin television äänet kuuluivat vähän häiritsevästi. Lentokoneet ei meitä juurikaan häirinneet. Ilmastointi ja oma jääkaappi oli hyvä lisä. Kiva, että isomman hotellin läpi sai oikaista rantaan.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were offered a welcome drink at check in. Breakfast was ample with cereals, fresh fruit, bread/toast, cold meats and cheeses, scrambled eggs, sausages etc. It is on a slight hill but you can use the lift at Hotel Cavtat which is handy. Would definitely recommend and hopefully will return.

Ich bewerte hier das gebuchte APARTMENT des Hotels Royal. Das 3 Raum Apartment ist schon in die Jahre gekommen, das sieht man besonders an den alten Badezimmern. Aber es wird alles in gutem Zustand gehalten. Kleine Mängel wurden sofort behoben! Beim Frühstück ist wenig Auswahl, aber man wird satt und von dem wenigen ist genug da. Die jungen Damen die dort arbeiten sind Spitze! Wir würden wieder dort buchen!

Very friendly and well located hotel in Cavtat.

Villa Royal is very conveniently located close to the beach and the picturesque port of Cavtat. A short boat ride from Dubrovnik so a good location for those who don't want to stay in Dubrovnik but be within easy reach. It is a charming village. A big attraction for us was that it was close to the airport and so very convenient if arriving late or only briefly in the area. We found the hosts at Villa Royal very friendly, our room was clean and comfortable and breakfast very adequate. We would definitely stay again.

Great location and a really nice place to stay. Just 10 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes walk from down town. The location is 1st class. The price is good. Two things we did not love: 1. There was no lift / elevator so carrying cases was hard for me! 2. The main room had a smell of stale smoke. Not so pleasant. Otherwise the place was awesome and I would stay there again.

Okej boende.

Helt okej privat boende, precis det man kan förvänta sig, varken mer eller mindre. Lugnt och skönt, en stund från badplatserna men samarbete med hotell i närheten så man kan ta hissen ner till gatan och slipper gå runt. Trevlig personal, okej frukost, kaffet sådär. Städas dagligen. Sämsta med vistelsen är bristen på riktiga stränder i staden (de flesta är betongstränder) samt att boendena generellt är alldeles för dyra för standarden.

Air conditoning a must.

Very hot for all 7 nights of our stay. Impossible without air conditioning that worked great. WiFi little inconsistent that became frustrating. Staff great. Breakfast sufficient. Very tranquil setting with superb view. Using lift with Hotel Cavtat greatly appreciated. Cavtat is real jewel.

Nur zu empfehlen!

Wir waren zu viert (2 E/2 K) und hatten ein sehr geräumiges Studio mit 2 abgetrennten Zimmern mit 2 Bädern. Alles sauber und nach Wunsch wurde jeden Tag das Zimmer gemacht. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig mit feinem Brot, Rührei etc. Das Zentrum in der Altstadt mit Rest. und Läden sind in ein paar Minuten erreichbar ebenso die Steinstrände. Alle sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Wir haben einen sehr schlnen Urlaub verbracht!

Hyggelig hotell i gangavstand til Cavtat sentrum

Vi hadde to hyggelige netter på Villa Royal. Hotellet ligger sentralt (ca. 5 minutter fra Cavtat sentrum). Frokosten var kjempegod og betjeningen svært hyggelig. Rommene var rene, men det var sølvkre på baderomsflisene. Bortsett fra dette hadde vi en veldig positiv opplevelse med hotellet. Cavtat anbefales absolutt som reisemål!

Lovely 3 bedroom apartment close to town / beach.

we stayed in this apartment on a bed and breakfast basis for 2 nights after arriving at dubrovnik airport. it was a short walk into Cavtat town to look around and it was easy to take a boat to visit Dubrovnik. The apartment itself was spacious, clean and comfortable with great views and was very well equipped.

Nice helpful staff at Villa Royal

Nice clean room with a balcony. We had a fridge which was an added bonus. Breakfast was included and a nice selection of food. It was under the flight path of the airport so you sit outside and view the different planes going overhead. The villa was a 10 minute walk into the town of Cavtat.
