The apartment was more beautiful in person than in photos. It is in the perfect location just outside of the city walls—away from the crowds. The rooms and bathroom are spacious, the kitchen is beautiful and has every appliance and utensil you could possibly need, and the view is breathtaking. The apartment is in perfect condition, as if it were renovated just this year. It can easily sleep 4. The loft can sleep 2, but I’d recommend that for older kids or teens since it’s up a ladder. And the beds and pillows are so comfortable—like being at home! Marko, the host is available whenever you need him. He answers every question within minutes and makes sure you have what you need. We were picked up from the airport and dropped at the Ferry for reasonable fees. Marko is also a tour guide and we took advantage of a sunset tour and then a small side trip to the arboretum. He is a native Croatian and so knowledgeable about the region. I can’t recommend this property highly enough.

Excellent place to stay just a few minutes walk to the old town. Just be aware, there are quite a few steps to negotiate to get down to the old town and back. Communication with our host was very good. We arrived late in the evening and walked straight into our apartment after a simple WhatsApp message whilst we were on our way from the airport. Our host was extremely accommodating and an excellent complimentary bottle of wine was waiting for us upon arrival. If you can manage the steps then I would definitely recommend staying here.

We recently made a trip across Croatia, starting in Dubrovnik, and this place really set the bar high. The apartment was clean, super spacious, beautifully decorated and the owner was incredibly helpful and available when needed. The front door was set back from the nearby street which helped massively with keeping the noise down, and the area felt safe and friendly. It is about a 5 minute walk down to the old town (although this is via a lot of stairs) or 10 minute walk down the road which is easier but longer. It is also about 10 minute walk to the cable car station to go up the hill. In terms of food, you have all the restaurants the nearby old town provides, as well as several smaller markets nearby for little bits. The property came with a kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom that were all amazingly sized and had great views from the windows out to the sea. If we returned to Dubrovnik, we would look to stay here again

This property is perfect in every way. Apartment is very spacious and tastefully designed, and has a lovely view of the Old Town, which you can walk to easily. We had the two-bedroom apartment, which also had a room in the attic with a double bed that can be considered as the third bedroom. The place is fully equipped with a nice kitchen area, cooker, oven, dishwasher, utensils, washing machine, etc. They even provide you with bread, butter, jam, teas, coffee and condiments. Marko, our host, was very coomunicative and arranged our airport trasfers efficiently. Will definitely stay here again in the future and will also recommend it to our family and friends.

Great view of the Old Town. Marco was very helpful throughout our trip and the apartment had lots is special touches. We also did a tour through him from Trogir into Dubrovnik. Everything was top notch!

I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Dubrovnik! The location is perfect, 5-10 minute walk to most of the main sights. The view from the apartment is gorgeous. The host Marko is extremely accommodating and went out of his way to make our trip enjoyable!

An absolutely splendid stay!

Marko’s house is simply amazing, with a breathtaking view of the old town. The location is perfect — close to markets and everything you might need. The house is beautifully designed, spotless, and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The decor is tasteful and elegant, and the overall structure is very comfortable. Marko was an outstanding host — very helpful and attentive throughout our stay. I would recommend this place a thousand times over!

The apartment was perfect for our first few days of our trip to Croatia. We did not have a car and the location was walkable to Old Town Dubrovnik. The views were spectacular, and there was also a bakery and grocery store steps from the apartment which was really convenient—especially for our first morning there.

Estadia espetacular

Marko foi um anfitrião sensacional, atencioso e solícito, respondeu todas as mensagens imediatamente. O apartamento é espetacular, tem todo o necessário e mais um pouco para uma estadia perfeita. Silencioso e central ao mesmo tempo, perto de todos os pontos turísticos, fizemos tudo a pé. Há alguns lances de escada para subir até o apartamento mas isso é em toda a cidade e com todas as acomodações. Amamos nossa estadia, voltaríamos a ficar nessa acomodação sem a menor dúvida.

The perfect hosts, very friendly with great communication and thorough attention to detail with very considerate supplies of unbrellas (only needed once), toiletry essentials, food and wine on arrival. We loved our stay and hope to return one day. We'll be recommending the apartments to friends and family.

Property and host were fantastic. Only issues were 2x single sheets on a double bed, and that the curtains let in some light during night time making it difficult to sleep.

Nice apartment near old town

This apartment was in a great location near Pile gate. Great views and easy to locate. Air conditioning worked well. The only negative was that the beds were uncomfortable.

Loved the apartment wish I could own it

Super friendly owner that went above and beyond to communicate and gave food options and location tips. The apartment was so amazing with everything needed beautiful and spacious. Walking distance to old town. Peaceful quiet area.

Excellent apartment, very close to old town. My mother and 5 year old loved it! Marko’s sister greeted us upon arrival, showed us where to park and gave lots of wonderful recommendations for our stay. Would definitely recommend booking this lovely apartment.

A great stay at a wonderfully modern apartment a few minutes walk from Dubrovnik’s old town. Perfect facilities, great host who left food and drink for when we arrived and communicated excellently.

Excelente apartamento. Bem localizado, limpo, com uma vista incrivel. Check in e check out super tranquilos. Unica dificuldade é o grande numero de degraus para chegar no apartamento, tirando isso foi perfeito. Super recomendo.
