"Modern hotel in a quiet area not too far from Temple Bar. Was able to walk from hotel to everywhere I needed to be in city.
Didn't have much interaction with staff but when I did they were polite and helpful.
Room was equipped as per normal P.I. specs, with everything working well.
Didn't sample the food/drinks so can't comment on this."

"We had a small issue with bedding and the staff IMMEDIATELY took care of all our concerns. INCREDIBLE PLACE…. Might want to bring ear plugs if your on the side of the cathedral, as each hour is announced (all night and day) lol"

"I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this hotel very clean, the staff was friendly, child friendly, and it has a good breakfast selection. I’m only giving a 4 stars because we arrived at like 9:00 am in the morning after a 7 hours flight and had to wait until 1:00 pm to get in the room. If you’re arriving early, pay for early check in, it makes a difference! "

"I have stayed with CitizenM in London and now Dublin and I really love it.
Rooms are small, but very modern, functional and clean. Shower and climate control are great. Staff is always very helpful and friendly; and the lobby has a fun vibe, without being too energetic.
The location here is fantastic — just south of the action in Temple Bar, so you can walk up in a few minutes, but it’s VERY quiet around the actual hotel. I had a stellar view of St. Patrick’s outside my window.

"I first arrived to this location and was not feeling well. I had been sick on the plane was feeling horrible. I arrived 3 hours early, but as the clerk could see on my face he saw to it that my room was made ready as soon as possible. I appreciate that so much I was able to settle into my room take a hot shower which helped so much. This location is centrally located from all the attractions. "Staff was amazing and went above and beyond. We struggled to check in when we couldn’t find the parking lot, but the staff came outside and showed me just where to go. When we had trouble with our washer/dryer, they washed them for us. The accommodations themselves were really clean, comfortable, and modern.

"I have never had an issue communicating with a property using Hotels.Com but that was the case with Griffith Hall. The person who registered us said that it was a common issue for them. In the end, things worked out but it could be a problematic issue.
The residence is just that a college residence. Don't expect a regular hotel experience. And be prepared to use public transit to get anywhere or walk a lot. It is not in a central location."
