Dear Mavis,Apologies but I can't find any booking with Mavis as a first name and therefore am unable to respond to your comments. Maintenance at Motel's is an ongoing project and often instigated by our Guests, however you have not specified what maintenance that your perceived as lacking. If you could elaborate and advise where our maintenance attention is required, we can then follow up on. The motel room as spacious compared to many motel rooms, please also specify what part of the room you thought was cramped?Kind Regards

Thank you for you feedback. Being a small Motel, we don't have a 24 hour reception and have installed the KIOSK to cater to our after-hours check-ins however, there is an emergency mobile number on the KIOSK for guest if they experience any problems with the KIOSK check-in process.

Hi Wendy,Thank you for your feedback, I assume this is room 1 from 31-March, we have contacted a repairer to look at the air-conditioning. Can you explain what is wrong with the mirror? Unfortunately, often in Motels the water & flushing toilets can be heard between rooms, but I have contacted a plumber to discuss this issue.

Good morning, Lauren,Thank you for your feedback, our apologies if your accommodation experience was not up to standard. Below please find our reply to your concerns:1. Phone Contact: The on-call staff member was driving at the time of your call & the phone only rings 3 times before going to message bank. The Motel number 0268827644 is the only number that needs to be called as this number automatically transfers to the on-call mobile number. There is only the 2 numbers connected to the Motel.2. Key; normally if the room key is left under the mat for any reason, The Guest is sent a text message to inform them of the check-in procedure for their individual booking and I apologize if you didn't not receive a text to inform you of the key situation.3. Stained Mattress; I'll personally check the mattress in the room and remedy the issue & have housekeeping spring clean & check all the other rooms as well.4. Bugs in the bathroom; The rooms are cleaned before noon each day, unfortunately sometimes bugs find their way inside after the rooms have been cleaned, checked and locked in readiness for the next Guest. I'm sorry that this was the case for your room. 5. Loud Guest in other rooms; Again our apologies for your interrupted sleep. Guests are required to respect other Guests and not be loud and boisterous however some Guests are disrespectful to others and if you could advise me of which room the screaming was coming from, we will bar this Guest from booking at our Motel again.6. Wi-Fi; thank you

Thank you, Jennifer, for your feedback. We are a small community motel and do not have a 24-hour reception. Our Reception office is open 9am-5pm Monday to Friday & 9am-12noon on Saturday & Sunday, please accept our apologies that you had no interaction with any of our staff however our staff are on call in the evenings and are contactable by phoning the Motel number. Apologies again if you found the bed hard, it is difficult to please everyone's bedding requirements, some like to the bed to be firm & others soft. As for the dust, our Housekeeping do have a spring-cleaning schedule and are dusting the rooms everyday along with the general cleaning and I will touch base with them to remind them of the required cleaning to keep the rooms up to standard. We endeavor to maintain the motel at a high standard and thank you again for your feedback.

We have a 24hour check-in Kiosk, right at the front of the entrance door to the Motel. When you called the manager did explain this to you.
