Fabulous Hotel for Your Stay in Dresden

When choosing a hotel from a website, one can never be sure. In this case, I was thrilled with this choice. The reception staff answered all our questions and provided great recommendations. The location was perfect for access to the theater and walking along the river! Imagine walking out the front door, turning one corner and this is your view -- the Frauenkirche!

Rooms are modern and architecturally interesting in their functional design. Everything about the hotel is very nice. However, my room was too hot and the air conditioning/fan wasn't working. Otherwise it would be 5 stars all around.

Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Zimmer sind top, mitten in der Altstadt, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr nah liegend. Freundliche Begrüßung und top Service. Der Frühstücksraum ist zu Stoßzeiten zu klein. Mit dem Nachlegen von Brötchen und Büfett hinkt der Service hinterher. Die Platzdeckchen sollten in Papierform getauscht werden. Das spart Zeit und dient der Hygiene, beim neu eindecken wurde alles mit einem Lappen abgewischt, keine Desinfektionsmittel verwendet.

Perfekte Lage - viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Füß erreichbar, viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Sehr gut ausgestattetes Hotel, modern und gepflegt. Gutes Frühstück und eigene Tiefgarage zum Parken (30 Euro pro Tag). Fteundliches und kompetentes Personal. Würde jederzeit wieder buchen.

Zu laut, unregelmäßige Reinigung, Minibar vergessen aufzufüllen, Speisekarte für Halbpension abends 5 Tage gleiche Speisekarte!! Immer das gleiche!
