"Stayed here with my 3 kids and husband. We love how close the hotel is to Knuckle Heads and to the outlet mall. Great place, I recommend this place."

"The Dellshire is beautiful! The rooms are spacious and clean. The restraunts and bar served delicious food and drink. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I’m thinking the pool area isn’t complete with decorations or the same vibe as the hotel. The water park area is geared for younger kids, but I went with my adult daughter’s so was fine for us. The swim up bar has delicious drinks. My only other suggestion would be to have signs telling where everything is: pool, restraunt, game room etc, I know it just opened so I’m sure they are still setting things up. I will definitely be staying here when I visit the Dells."

"Room was clean and large, which I love. Deanna the owner is always Kind, Helpful and Available. This was my 3rd year staying at the River Road for the annual Wisconsin Dells Vacation. Location to all of the activities is spot on around the corner and the Price is Fantastic ‼️Highly recommend this hotel for your visit to the Wisconsin Dells 😀"

"The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean. It is an old motel and I enjoy the convenience of pulling my car right up to the room. The room has a huge window that can be opened to let in the fresh air and a nice wooden bench in front of each room. The swimming pool looks nice and well kept. The room is very dated and a bit garish. The curtain was damaged. Thin, dark brown carpet. The blankets on the bed were thin and coarse and the sheets were worn. Small TV mounted high on the wall. Very old, cheap looking furnishings. I think the property needs to upgrade the bedding ASAP. When you go to a hotel you have to get the sleeping part right. With new carpet, repainted rooms, new furniture and bedding, and an updated TV this would be an amazing property. Right now it is an adequate property if you get a great price. "

"They water was freezing cold in all the pools even the hot tub was cool. Most of the people spent more time in hot tub even the kids. They should add some warm water to the indoor pools Sleeping was constantly interrupted by kids knocking on the door. They were unattended playing in the hallway and the cameras were unplugged. The staff mostly spoke Spanish which made it hard to get garbage changed and more towels."
