"We chose the St. Regis for our first-ever trip to Aspen, hoping for a truly luxurious experience—and it absolutely delivered. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a warm, elegant atmosphere, and its location couldn’t be better. Everything we wanted to explore was just a short walk away: shops, great restaurants, and the ski area (even though, thankfully for us, there wasn’t any snow since we don’t ski!).

"Off season so the “hotel” was closed. We were staying in the “residency” in a 2 bedroom suite.
Still, at $1200/night you think they’d try. Or close completely.
They told us we needed an appointment to use the gym. We tried to make an appointment for two days by calling and emailing with no response.
Housekeeping was knocking on our door every morning before 8:30.
Everything closed. No room service. Fine, but can someone answer the phone?

Breakfast had reasonable options. Extremely convenient access to the area free shuttle service (just a block away) between Snowmass and Aspen downtown. Rooms were dated but very clean and well maintained. Will definitely stay here again if we go back to Aspen area again! Great value for the area!"
