"No pool no hot tub supposed to have pastries every morning, but they ran out on Tuesday and then that was the end the rest of the week never got pastries again
Not handicap accessible to the boardwalk, even though it’s right on the boardwalk, you have to go out the back door around the building to get to the front to the boardwalk very inconvenient!
Front desk people were not very polite one question answers, and very rude
Don’t expect to watch TV when it’s a rainy yucky day out because their television system is awful a little bit of wind and you have no TV
The floors in the bedroom are dirty. I’ll wear my socks go to bed and the socks are filthy.
Air conditioning very, very noisy. Wake me up and scare me.
There was one worker the maintenance man Quincy very very helpful. He went above and beyond to help me get a comfortable chair from my room. It’s a big room with empty space where a chair should’ve been but the front desk or like nope you don’t get a chair if you want a chair come sit down in the lobby.
