"What an experience . La Costa wasn't just a resort it was like staying at a families house . Staff are very friendly . CHI went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable . She even took me on a food and coffee tour after she got off . I even got to meet the owner of the resort , who is so down to earth and lovely person . The staff took me on a waterfall hike too . Breakfast was amazing . Just everything was 10/10"

You’re not allowed to bring in outside food, so we ate dinner at the restaurant — we were the only guests there and the staff were unhelpful and rude. The facilities were in terrible condition. The outdoor furniture and beach chairs were broken, the deck was unsafe for children, and the advertised “beautiful playground” was rusted and falling apart....

"It’s a very nice hotel, walking few minutes to beach and foods right across the street. It’s a very friendly eco-environment concept and I think it’s great other hotels should follow this hotel! Checked in and out was super fast (thanks to Nâu) they have a great team of young staff. The room a little small, but cozy and great layout maximized the spaces."
