One of the best hotels I have stayed at in Thailand. Building is slightly older but extremely well maintained and very clean. Staff are great. The rooftop bar is great. Food is reasonably priced and excellent quality. We will be back.

Fabulous stay as always , it’s our 7 th time at the Chatrium. Beautiful room - 1 bedroomed suite with fantastic river views. Breakfast is first class. Service brilliant. Wonderful staff. Friendly, attentive and helpful.

love it , easy to get around , good clean room

The hotel is hidden in some backstreets, but it is modern and well worth considering. Being where it is keeps it nice and quite. They put a free tuk tuk on that takes you to the BTS or half way to IconSiam which is a huge help to getting around. Staff were always friendly and readily available. The hotel is clean and well kept, with the small restaurant is lovely. The only downside, and this is picky, the pool is at ground level so misses early Sun. Excellent hotel in a first class location. Hotel, from arrival to departure, could not be faulted. Staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, couldn’t do enough to ensure we had a great stay in Bangkok. Room was extremely comfortable with great views out over the river. Great hotel in a good location. The room was an excellent size with a great sized bathroom. Comfortable bed and plenty of charge points all around the room! Excellent service from all staff who were friendly and attentive at all times!

Place was clean with excellent staff service. They were attentive to our honeymoon and decorated the room for us complimentary. Our shower leaked slightly but overall great location and good standards.

An absolutely gorgeous hotel, with lovely staff. Pool area great for relaxing with view of river. Rooms were spacious, very comfortable and sparklingly clean. Great location as within 5/10 mins walk of the bustling Khao San Road area, with lots of stall, shops, bar and restaurants. Easy to get taxi or tuk tuk to other areas at a very small cost. Great location to stay. Would definitely recommend as the hotel is a luxurious oasis to retreat to after a hard days sightseeing!

Good clean room well maintained and lovely friendly staff Pretty quiet by Bangkok standards! Bed a little hard for my liking but room good and great shower.

The hotel is amazing. The room which was a River View suite was amazing. The view from the top bar is second to none. Breakfast fantastic, they make your toast to order over hot coals!!
