"My visit 3 years ago was much nicer than this year. No more flamencos, trash and plastic water bottles in the lagoons and around property, and very little food in the bins for the birds. Although the beach was still as beautiful, the resort itself was not as pleasant. The food quality was below average but the staff were all extremely kind and accommodating, although it appeared there were much less employees."

"The place was real big but you have to be a time share person in order to be treated right, if you want d something and ask someone they would ask how you hear from us , I said Expedia and they did not want to help me. Coffee pot in room did not work right and 3 night TVs without tv, no manager to complain to , pool was nice and big and beach was nice. We went there to celebrate my birthday and my brother and we all was disappointed never again"

"The property is nice and has wonderful amenities but some could use more attention and maintenance. I had a jacuzzi in my Elite Suite that wasn't maintained and the staff did not come to troubleshoot the issue when I asked about it. Some of the best staff worked the Elite check-in desk and at the Ocean restaurant. The beach area and pool are clean and we'll maintained."

"The staff was excellent, but the room cleaning was very poor; the rooms smelled bad due to mold, and even the blanket was dirty. The food was superb—the complete opposite of the rooms. The pools were nice and very clean, and both breakfast and dinner were fantastic. The room cleaning was the biggest letdown—it was sloppy, and the bathroom was dirty. I switched rooms, but the next one was exactly the same."

"Ac wasn’t as strong as I would like and the reception didn’t pick up one day at all tried calling 5 times . Wish they had decorations for birthday but they didn’t have "
