"We had the loveliest stay in this Central Luberon Valley. This was a great location to visit surrounding villages from. The bilingual staff were charming and very helpful with guidance regarding where to focus our trip. Our room was spotless, quiet and very comfortable."

"A peaceful and charming stay that felt more like a true B&B than a hotel. The grounds were beautiful and serene, with birds and animal sounds each morning, and the setting felt authentic to the city. It was easy to find, with convenient parking and just a short walk to the village. The loft suite had everything we needed, and the staff was incredibly responsive via WhatsApp. The only downside was the layout—no shower (bathtub only) and the toilet located downstairs—which was a bit challenging during pregnancy. Overall, a lovely experience and we would definitely come back."

"We stayed three nights over Easter at Capelongue, just one day after opening for the season—and unfortunately, it showed throughout. Check-in was poorly managed. We arrived at 12:30 with a pre-confirmed early check-in, yet no one could tell us when the room would be ready. We were sent to lunch (which was good), but even at 15:10 the room was still not available. When we pointed out that Expedia listed check-in from 15:00, we were told it was actually 16:00. We were eventually given the room shortly after, but the process felt disorganised. We booked a Deluxe Terrace but were given what seemed to be one of the smallest in that category, in the older part of the hotel. No seating area as shown in photos, visible dust, and a terrace next to the parking with a loud AC unit running constantly. It’s hard not to wonder whether booking via Expedia influenced the room allocation. Service lacked consistency: pool towels not cleared or set up properly, pool water not very clean, and empty glasses left around. Basic standards were missing. On the positive side, the food was good and restaurant service attentive, and the property is visually appealing. Overall, however, the experience fell short. Would return, but not at the start of the season."

"Nice place. Think of it as a French country motel. One room with a bathroom. Kitchen was small tight area in corner.outdoor space was nice. We brought in lunch from the market one day and ate outside surrounded by olive trees. .Hosts are very helpful and flexible. Nice easy walk to old part of town. 10 plus minutes depending on your speed. Follow the directions they send you to find and enter place. I recommend. "

"Access by spiral staircase. My wife is disabled and this access was very difficult for her as our room was on 1st floor."
