"I and my wife stayed over Christmas 2018 for 3 nights. All is fine. Just too small bed. Housekeeping service always forgot to put such things as Water, Shower Gel, Shampoo into the room. Breakfast is a kind of Continental one which are just bread and cold cuts. Staffs are all nice and friendly. Hotel and Room Condition is good. Location is perfect. "

"Hotel bem localizado, muito limpo e organizado. Ficamos em um studio com cozinha compacta, lava-louças e lava e seca. A equipe super atenciosa, com especial agradecimento à Laura, que nos recebeu muito bem e deu várias dicas para nossa viagem. Único detalhe negativo foi que ficamos no subsolo (mas o studio tinha janela externa) e o barulho da organização do café no térreo e o entra e sai da garagem nos acordou um pouco antes do horário que costumamos levantar. "Fabulous property, great location with parking. High end property with floor to ceiling windows so it does get hot - just close the blinds. Within walking distance of all Edinburgh has to offer; Sainsbury local and a nice cafe a few mins walk. Highly recommend and will be my go to when in Edinburgh. "This flat was great, super clean and absolutely huge. The living room kitchen area is really big, as is the bedroom, the bathroom is good with a really great shower. Everything was super clean, plus they have a very clear recycling system which is great to see. The key code system for entry was super easy and clear, and the luggage room was really helpful and easy to access. Loved our stay! "
