Happy with our stay!

It was a one night stop on our trip overall and we had an easy check in and comfortable stay there. It was conveniently located next to the hospital/pharmacie and we needed some cold medicine.

Apartment was huge in a quiet location with private parking right outside. Rooms were clean. Exceptional and almost all amenities needed including full kitchen and laundry. Beds were comfortable and cozy. Heating was adequate. Friendly service.

The property is as described, bigger than we expected and came equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the friendly and helpful host who showed us in. One disappointment was the mention of an on-site restaurant in the communication message where we could dine and therefore we opted not to bring groceries for doing our own cooking, but was told when arrived everything was closed, leaving us with no food on New Year's Day. A small suggestion for improvement would be to provide more coffee packets, as we quickly ran out. Overall, we were very pleased with the property.

The restaurant in the hotel wasn't busy at all for dinner but the staff said to make a reservation for there might be no space. Not honest. Ordered salmon and was cold inside the fish. Very pricy for the quality. The server was nice though. Bedroom is clean and pleasant but the bathrm smelled like urine. Had to clean myself but still smelled.

We received the apartment not clean, trash left in the can, soap and shampoo bottles were filled with water. We had to go to the reception at the main building and ask for taking out the trash and provide soaps. The guy at the front desk was very helpful and assisted. The maintenance of the apartment needs some improvements, rhere was a broken window glass the tv didn’t work and the screen is very small and old. Nothing to prevent water from fluffing the shower room. Location is good near by to the public swimming pool.

Check-in NOT before 16hr. No internet in ‘summer house 4’, take your device inside the main building, connect and “bring the internet to your cabine” was the advice ( approx 50m to main building)….thus watching in the evening Netflix in the lobby. No, this is not the service someone can expect from a hotel in 2025, Sorry. And not a simple commercial compensation was possible. Do not expect any goodwill from my side.

How nice!

정말 좋았습니다. 늦은 체크인이었지만 친절했구요. 아름다운 주변환경과 정말 훌륭한 집이었어요. 시간이 많았다면 좀 더 즐기고 싶었지만 너무 짧게 머물다 갑니다 최고에요!! It was lovely and marvelous place. So beautiful and perfect !!! The host was so kind and carable eventhough I checked in very late. Totally recomanadale!!!

2 bedroom Appartement nice and big with Ozean vie

Expected a logde - it was shown on the website. But we got a nice big 2 bedroom apartment. We missed hangers in the bathroom, the bathroom was so small, that everything got wet. In the kitchen some staff was missing, sofa was not inviting. Bed and bedroom nice and cosy. Overall ok.

So bad. We were in a basement which was old no nasty. No views and the apartments upstairs were crazy loud. We couldn’t sleep at all. Worst stay of our trip. Never stay here. Terrible in every way!!!

Caught by surprise

Room was quite small, to our surprise. You can also hear all people passing in the hallways and next door room. We were caught by surprise when a couple with their small boy was able to open our room with our room key- apparently when they checked in, they were also given our room key 😣😳. When checking out the next morning, the staff apologized so hard for the mistake and offered coffee or tea to us.
