The hotel was very good; the design and beach front location. Service was as you would expect, nothing special but definitely not bad. While the food was good the selection was okay. It was an enjoyable week.

Approximately 25 mins from airport.I just went for the sun which hit 27 so cheeky 4 days away. Lovely quiet hotel in November, not much in the area, a small shop/coffee shop up road. Staff were very friendly/ helpful especially reception gentleman (except barman miserable and gave half glass of drink each time) . Animation team always tried hard to include everyone and including myself Solo traveller .Darts/mini Bowls/Yoga. Their beach/pool area was kept spotless clean, sunbeds/very small beach towels given, no bar or food for this time of year near this area which was a pain to walk back upto get a drink so bring water bottle, water station needed please. Security guy on beach, no locals came into this area which was nice. Sea clear blue except for some seaweed long shape but small amount and was not much apart from windy day.. Camels/horses visied beach near water. Everywhere was kept clean contorary to other reviews. My room was spotless ,no kettle in room but had small fridge and free safe. Food let the hotel down as small buffet but I never went hungry as not fussy , thank god for the pizza and salad. Overall was ok 3*.

Mon séjour a été excellent. La personne de l accueil très agréable et professionnelle Inès et la personne qui travaillait avec elle aussi très gentil et adorable. Les personnes qui travaillent au restaurant très sympathiques et très serviables. Ce personnel mérite un 10/10.Tres discrets et serviables. L hygiène pas mal et les personnes du spa notamment Karim et les autres personnes qui massent font la pédicure sont au top. Je recommande cet établissement.

Nous sommes arrivés à 14h00 à l’hôtel et l’avions quitté une heure après. La réception avait confirmé le remboursement des frais d’hébergement et retienne la taxe de séjour. Nous avons remplir un formulaire à cet effet. Mais à notre retour en France, nous avons contacté Expedia pour leur informer de la situation afin de faire un suivi et à notre grande surprise, Expedia nous a répondu que l’hôtel a changé sa position sur le remboursement disant que nous avons consommé notre séjour alors que c’est complètement faux. Nous sommes déçu par cet hôtel et nous ne recommandons pas pour leur malhonnêteté. Nous passons toujours par Expédia par confiance pour régler les litiges. Nous sommes prêts à réviser notre évaluation si une réparation de la situation sera faite. Merci

Très belle expérience

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel ! Tout s’est parfaitement déroulé, dès notre arrivée jusqu’à notre départ. Les buffets étaient variés et délicieux, avec des plats savoureux qui convenaient à tous les goûts. Le personnel était chaleureux et attentif, toujours prêt à répondre à nos besoins avec le sourire. Mention spéciale pour l’association en charge des activités : tout était parfaitement organisé et les activités proposées étaient amusantes . Nous souhaitons également remercier tout particulièrement l’agent d’entretien de notre chambre, qui a fait un travail remarquable tout au long de notre séjour. Toujours souriant et bienveillant. Hôtel à taille humaine, assez agréable, chambres propres et balcon agréable. Passée la joie d'être arrivé et le bruit berçant des vagues, l'attention est vite portée sur l'environnement. La restauration qui s'est améliorée au fur et à mesure des arrivants, toutefois de qualité moyenne, peu de choix de fruits,boissons sans alcool et café reconstitués. Coktails tres sucrés, service à la piscine inexistant, bar de plage fermé, verres non débarrassés, tables sales, terrasse restaurant sale et personnel désabusé. Equipe d'animation motivée. Le Spa est efficace mais ne vous fera pas voyager, un très grand merci à Nadia pour ses bons soins. Les excursions sont à mon goût chères par rapport à ce qu'il y a à voir sur cette lagune peu entretenue (50e/pers pour une balade à cheval, chameau ou quad). La plage est agréable mais l'équipement en bout de course et sale certainement dû a un cruel manque de personnel. Pour ma part cet hôtel m'a bien accueillie et offert ce que je souhaitais : soleil, farniente et spa (6h de soins)durant ces 6 jours de novembre.

Alles andere als 4Stern, 1Stern wäre die Bezeichnu

Empfang an Reception war sehr freundlich wie auch Animateure. Zimmer kalt eingerichtet, nicht so sauber und im Bad konstant Wasser am Boden das irgendwo auslief. Buffet sehr mickrig und kalt im Speisesaal. Esstische wurden von niemanden abgeräumt, man musste selber und auch selbst eindecken dass man essen konnte. Wasserbehälter waren leer und wurden nicht gefüllt. Wie auch beim Frühstück die Kaffeemaschine nicht mit dem fehlenden Element aufgefüllt wurde. Am buffet wurde auch die Milch nicht aufgefüllt damit man es dort hätte nehmen können. Für all inklusive in 4 Stern sind die Sterne nicht würdig. An der Bar gab es eine minimalistische Auswahl an Getränken. Nicht mal Cola Zero oder Schweps welches in all anderen Hotels in Djerba gibt. Auch keine Glace vorhanden… Nicht zu empfehlen!
