I also had two rooms booked under my name and that seemed to be an issue - at first they would only let me check in for the first room not both. I’ve never had trouble checking in at other canaltas or hotels. "Nice hotel with a decent sized pool, hot tub and slide. We came with our multigenerational family from toddler to senior and everyone liked it. Probably the nicest and cleanest hotel we have stayed at in a long time. The staff was very friendly helping us with restaurant selections and one of the housekeepers even cleaned up the room very quietly while our toddler napped and didn’t even wake him up. "We couldn’t even stay there it was so disgusting, the were bandages in the stairwell the second floor had no flooring the rooms had water stains on the ceiling the tv was filthy I didn’t even want to look in the bathroom Expedia was no help in getting a refund I saw this guy that looked like a crackhead coming out of one of the rooms"
