"We went to Country Thunder 2025 and stayed here. They allowed us to check-in early so we could take our things to our room before heading out to the concert. They also allowed us to check-out late and keep our vehicle parked for an extra day! I called the front desk to find out where to find a water vending machine and they told me to come to the front desk and they gave me water bottles for feee. Incredibly helpful every step of the way during our stay. Also nice to have the restaurant...
"The check in process is a bit difficult. Meaning the keyless entry screen doesn’t work super well. I have stayed here twice and I love the building and rooms, but, both times I needed tenants to help. The screen needs a certain touch and the tenants advised that using keys works best (the tip of the key). "

"It's a great place to stay. Easy access to main road, good underground parking, excellent breakfast, clean rooms with nice linen and good beds and pillows. The only temporary drawback for now is that there is construction on the outside and the pool is not in use. If this is not a priority, I 100% recommend this Hampton Inn at a good price."
