Stayed a second time
This was the second time I stayed at the Raintree. The price is comparable to others in the area, with large rooms reasonably priced. There’s a lively coffee shop in the lobby and the hotel staff are wonderful. Twice they arranged for an airport transfer in the middle of the night. Also, one of the main reasons I chose to stay here a second time was the outstanding breakfast buffet that included many options for vegetarians. The room, bathroom, sheets and towels were all very clean and I really like having the hotel-provided slippers and a robe.

The staff was overall great. The rooftop restaurant was my favourite spot to break, lunch and work, and the location was very quiet, that in Dhaka is a great premium

This hotel has a wide variety of food available from the restaurant. Even though it is just minutes from the center of Gulshan it was surprising quite and had a very intimate feel to it. It was easy to forget I was staying in the middle of a major city. I would recommend it to all.

Good hotel in the center of Dhaka city
I stayed at the property for 4 days and was overall a good stay. The staff are well trained and they serve good food. Rooms are spacious and clean, the only drawback is the entry to the hotel. It's right on the road and they don't have any drive way or parking.

The food was good but service was slow and presentation was not great. Front desk staff and other service persons were all wonderful. Rooftop pool is nice, gym has good equipment but too tiny. Internet REALLY sucked - deal with this now. I should not have to keep switching from network to network to get a good connection. I recommend getting an espresso machine, or at least real coffee for breakfast. My first room was too damp so I had to change rooms. Second room was better, but still damp - watch out for humidity in the rooms!

The hotel is in good location and the supporting staffs are good. only thing that went negative was that I reached hotel around 10 AM and they charged me $50 extra for early check out inspite of having free room. This was my 1st visit to this hotel and the were aware of my arrival time.

The bellboy is very friendly and helpful. He took the initiative to help me book Uber when i have problem with my booking. The only disappointment i have is the hotel didn't allow any late check out though i stayed there for 4 nights and my friends got late check-out at 1pm and 2pm! Wifi is not consistent and sometimes is quite slow.

The hotel is a bit small and believe it would just be less than 50 rooms. The breakfast items were very limited and the dinning area is also in small scare. Room is not too small and the bed was comfortable. Close to Gulshan circle is a plus if you don’t want to spend double price to stay at nearby two big hotels.

Differences from confirmation during booking
Generally the stay and location was good. Except that I was given a low floored, smoking room and the breakfast was for one instead of two (as was indicated during my booking on line with Hotel.com). Other than that, all was fine.

There's was cake!
The room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated having Smart TV as part of room amenities. The staffs were great! Also, the complimentary mini cake selection delivered every day made my stay even more enjoyable. :)

Yet another wonderful stay at The Raintree
Impeccable and courteous staff, outstanding service. Food was delicious, catering for Western and local tastes. My only gripe here is, I wish the management would keep the rooftop terrace/bar area open for longer during the evenings. It's a great place to relax after a stressful day in Dhaka. A special mention for Mr Jit, who remembered my from my last stay and went above and beyond the call of duty, giving advice and being really helpful and also to Nadia for being very helpful.

A fantastic hotel tucked away in Banani, Dhaka. Stayed in various hotels in Dhaka and this is by far the best. Absolutely flawless, in terms of customer service, cleanliness, ambience. Room was as described on app and photos accurate. Had breakfast and dinner here, great cuisine to suit local and Western tales, all in the fabulous setting of the rooftop terrace. Staff extremely courteous and helpful. A special mention for Mr Jit who went above and beyond the call of duty, advising about Bangladesh and being very helpful.

快適でした。 ホテルスタッフの挨拶が良く、指導が行き届いている様に思いました。 部屋は、きれいで清潔感がありました。 到着時には、部屋にケーキとフルーツのサービスがありました。 レストランの朝食では、メニューは少なめでしたが、美味しかったです。

清潔で親切なホテル
室内は清潔で従業員のサービスも良い。 ウエルカムフルーツと毎日3時頃にミニケーキのルームサービスがある。 朝食も充分。

Veldig positivt overrasket over hotellet! Super service, helt nye rom, god frokost (dog litt enkel) og et behagelig lite basseng og soldekk på takterrassen. Jeg kommer til å bo her neste gang jeg er i Banani!
