This place was absolutely beautiful. Extremely clean. The two bedroom suite was huge. More than what we could have ever imagined. 10/10. Owners so very friendly and helpful. Coming back every year!! ♥️
This place is a scam.. We booked 3 rooms for an event and ended up getting 1..

NEVER AGAIN
Had to pick up the key in a very unsafe area. Supposed to have free parking. Did not. Check in was a cluster. Room was clean but not convenient (outlets painted over, one bed was in bathroom closet, etc)

Liked: Room comfort
Disliked: Cleanliness
The main issues I found with the Botticelli Club was that the bathroom was not the cleanest. There was dried urine on the toilet, which was a turn off from the get go. Then as I was sitting on the bed, I noticed a stain on the bed spread, which made me wonder how long that was there and the last time it was cleaned. I would not recommend using that bedspread anymore. The other thing that was a turnoff was when I was walking up to the building, there were people standing outside of it smoking pot. I realize that was not your fault, however, it was still a turn off.
This was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had.
We never received check in information. Took 45 minutes for someone to let us in property so we were late for reservations.
Building run down, unsafe, horribly dirty. Our room wasn't clean, the bathroom was gross, empty soap dispenser, etc.
Tenants live in the building and they were loud and smoking so our room smelled like smoke and was loud.
When we came back to hotel at night, it was surrounded police. They said there was a dangerous person in the building. We had to leave and come back in the middle of the night just to get our stuff, and needless to say, we felt like we were in danger.
I don't like the fact that the building is in such bad condition, the communication was horrible, and we were in danger.
Born and raised in Detroit this was a visit to my old stomping grounds that I left in 88. So disappointed. The room did look as in photos. But the appearance of the building from the outside was scary and rundown, the curtains hanging in the windows were hanging off the rods, windows were busted the parking lot condition was the same as Detroit streets but the cars were all very nice so I took that as an encouraging sign. We walked in exhausted and hot, passed some ladies of the night looking women with a man in a suit....entered the room, there were two room a/cs running and a fan it provided cooling compared to the 90 degree heat outside. Unfortunately we laid down to take a nap committing us to the room. We inspected the kitchen upon waking and discovered the drawers were dirty, the hard wood floors while appearing nice were full of hair and lint. The bathroom was clean but I didn't want to shower in it. We left for dinner came back about 9pm only to hear a loud party going on next door and the smell of pot. I figured the party would end since the landlord had laid out rules for us that there were quiet hours. Well after tossing and turning because it was so dang hot and miserable I know that the party was going on until at least 4 am. I fell asleep exhausted then. We left as soon as we woke and packed. I did let the landlord know the party was going on. The reply was they would let the property manager know. Picture indicates how safe my hubby felt lol

Not Worth What I Paid For
The place was not as clean as it should have been for the $150 I paid for. They only had air in one room which is terrible and the bedspread had numerous stains in it. We didn't even want to sleep in the bed.
