"Staff was great, check in was very fast. The restaurant menus had many choices. The property was very large with flowers snd many trees high on s hill. So close to the Victoria Falls, you could hear them and see the mist, Free shuttles to Victoria Falls Park and town"

"Lovely clean and spacious room, but not possible to use the pool due to a big conference going on, and a very inconvenient breakfast setup. One option (buffet), one price ($30pp), so massively expensive for the quick bite we needed each day before early starts on tours. It would be $90 per breakfast for me and my 2 kids, even if we just wanted a quick juice and a pastry. We had to skip breakfast most days, which would be very difficult with a younger family. "Hotel is situated in the downtown of Victoria Falls. Price and room facility are reasonable while the staff is reall helpful when they helped managing for local contact during my accident (ankle twist). Really appreciated their service mind and help (providing me the balm for my ankle). There is a minimart on the 1st floor so it is conveniece for you to buy something you may need. Really love staff/people there!"

"I would not recommend staying at the Rainbow Hotel in Victoria Falls.
The experience started poorly when I discovered that the toilet in my room was only partially functional. While the staff eventually moved me to another room, they seemed reluctant to do so and acted as though accommodating a legitimate maintenance issue was an inconvenience.
The basic amenities were also disappointing. The soap provided appeared to be heavily diluted with water, and the rooms lacked important security...
