"The staff I met were wonderful. I would use the gym and they would bring me a cold water bottle just to be nice. I would be in meetings throughout the morning, so that offered me a tray to bring my breakfast up to my room. Just thoughtful all around. The rooms was clean. The facility has a little pool, a washer and dryer, and plenty of parking. "

"Great place to stay while visiting son at Western. The bathroom is nice…shower had good pressure and a ledge for shaving legs, in addition to jetted tub. Had a lighted magnifying mirror…love those extra touches geared towards us ladies. Could not figure how to cast my phone to smart TV but that’s just probably user error. Parking in safe garage, several dining options are nice. Easy drive to WWU. Pretty view of marina. Good service. Clean. Comfy bed. "

"Everything would have been great, but the tv was ok. We could'nt find everything we wanted. Also the coffee was bad because there wasn't proper sugar and cream. Also we couldn't fit 1 pint of ice cream in the freezer cause there was too much ice there"

"Check in was easy, room was pretty good, bed was comfy, but the jets in the tub didnt work at all, water pressure was pretty decent and hot enough for purposes. Breakfast was good, although the little smokies and breakfast sausage is definitely an interesting choice, but overall it was good for what we needed"

"Staff was pleasant and check-in was easy. The buildings in good repair and overall seems fine. The room was hot and the thermostat not working. We discovered the air conditioning was unplugged from the wall and plugged it back in. While turning the air conditioning back on we noticed the filters appeared not to have been cleaned in a very long time. Once we clean the filters the air conditioning did a wonderful job. There was some dust built up in other places as well but not dirty just in need...
