"All was well and good. The breakfast in particular was excellent. We being South Indians, were surprised to note that the Idlis and Upmas were outstanding. "I am visiting this property since 1992 when only gurukripa was existed. Till then this hotel is like a second home for us. In last couple of years they hace degraded their status wrt to hygiene a lot. Food is good 👍but their service have become pathetic. "

"The resort is too old. Rooms r big but not well furnished.food for Room service is very limited . Resort is not maintain professionaly. They dont mind because of they r always booked. Somebody told me that their new resort named Gulmohar is good. But this old property is not worth. In a short u will stay in 4 star hotel or resorts for what this resort charge.cleanliness is also ok. "

"Around mid night few shady looking guys forcefully barge in the room pretending to be cops. And to my utter dismay, when I called the reception, they did not even come to enquire. I feel it's not a safe place to stay, specially with family..."

"Service was not good .Ac not working and fixed one temperature , reception is not responding to calls and fixing issue such as Tv in both room not working ; Even after several calls not attended by any one ... Door lock is not working in one room everytime have to ask for room service for opening the door seems they are not interested to repair it . Only restaurant food quality is good and location is nice . Overpriced , under staffed , mismanaged hotel."
