"The staff was very helpful and friendly. I hurt my sciatic nerve and could barely walk in for check in. They let me borrow a hiking pole and allowed us to drive up behind the lodge building so I wouldn't have to walk far. The restaurant was great and very cozy."

"Staff was very helpful. Property looked older and clean. Pet-friendly, too!"

"Horrible experience! Do not stay here. They placed us in rooms 127 and 128. Room 128’s bathroom smelt disgusting with a sewage smell that was unbearable. We were unable to use the bathroom all night and had to use to restroom next door. We notified the front desk right away and they stated there was no resolution and no rooms to move to. Room 127 had no operable TV remote and was stuck at a loud volume on all night and all day to which they also had no solution. We were promised that we could...

"I love this place and plus having the electric charge for the car"

"Had TV, Microwave, Fridge, no breakfast. Really close to sequoia national park entrance. Cafe next door was convenient."

"Clean room. Great customer service."

"Looks nicer in pictures than in person."

"The hotel was clean and the staff helpful"

"Clean room"

"2nd time staying here! Beds are so comfy and water softener/showers are great!!"

"We close this place due to the location to the Giant Sequoias. Next time we would be hapoy to drive further. Bathroom was dirty with hair in the shower plug and on the wall. Hair and dust build up between the vanity and bathroom wall. This room had barely enough room to accommodate the 2 x double beds. We could just get into the bathroom, which would explain the limited cleaning."

"Wonderful lodging in Three Rivers, CA. We only stayed for one night before going in Sequoia National Park, but it is a fun place. We especially enjoyed the Halloween decorations around the property and the humming birds! AC in the rooms are a life-safer. Would stay here again, if we ever get back to the area."
