"ที่พักทำเลดี ห้องสะอาดแหละใหญ่มาก พนักงานบริการดี สิ่งที่อยากให้ปรับปรุงคือ 1. หมอนนิ่มไปมากๆ นอนไม่ได้เลย 2. อาหารเช้าอยากให้มีอาหารเอเชียบ้างผสมมา 3. ที่กดแชมพู สบู่ เจลอาบน้ำ กดยาก แงไม่ค่อยออกต้องกดหลายๆครั้ง แต่โดยรวมดีมากๆครับ"

"Modern budget hotel right in the centre of Tromso. Rooms are small but if bedding down is all you need.. perfect. No thrills, but all good for a few days. Clean and warm. Food and drink options available 24/7 in reception. Hotel is in a excellent location in the city centre with plenty of bars, cafes, restaurants including the Hard Rock all a few metres as way. Great for a base to explore Tromso especially if you want to try to save a few pounds in this beautiful but expensive city."

"Great location on the water while also in the city center. Breakfast was also good with many choices of food and beverage. Always seemed full with guests which also meant that check in was not until mid to late afternoon as they noted on their site. "

"ระบบกุญแจห้องพักไม่ดี ทราบด้วยตนเองว่า ห้องไม่ปิดล็อคเอง เวลาออกจากห้องแล้ว ต้องแตะบัตรอีกรอบ โคมไฟหัวเตียงเสีย แจ้งทางโรงแรมแล้ว ถึงแม้นอน 2 คืน ก็ไม่ได้มาซ่อมให้ ไม่มีผ้าเช็ดเท้าให้ ห้องนำ้เล็ก ทีวีก็ไม่สามารถ cast ได้หรือดู YouTube ไม่ทันสมัยเหมือนที่อื่นๆ อาหารเช้าดี มีให้เลือกหลากหลาย"

"It was perfect for our needs. We really appreciated that there was a grocery store on the property. We made a few meals in the flat thanks to the kitchen and the store. Public transit was incredibly close by and easy to navigate. "

"The apartment was clean and well stocked with cutlery plates and everything that was needed for our stay. Views of the mountains from the balcony and only a few minutes walk from the town center. I loved it. Well worth the money. I will definitely be back."

"I want to start by saying that the staff at this hotel are lovely and the hotel is situated in a very good location. However, our TV stopped working on the third night of our stay and some of the power sockets in the room also stopped working. We immediately reported this to the front desk, where we were told that it was likely due to the snow and it would be okay in the morning. The next day the tv and power sockets were still not working, we reported this in the morning and were told it would...

"The heat was perfect, it was clean, and the breakfast was plentiful, just don’t forget to bring your own body wash. "

"This hotel is located near the Airport bus stop (5 minutes walking). The hotel staffs are very nice and check in process is very fast. We got the room on level 9. The room is good, clean, nice view. However, the elevator of this hotel is able to go only at 8 floor so we have to carry our baggage to our floor. If you are not sure about your health or you travel with many bags, I would recommend you to ask staff to provide you other floor except 9."
