"It’s a nice hotel and they include breakfast, free parking, ev chargers on site and new modern showers. We had a balcony and upgraded room. The beds were my only complaint as they were too soft… like extremely soft. The highlight of the trip was the staff. They were all so welcoming and friendly both at the reception desk and the cafe. Oh and they have Nespresso machines in the room. A bit far from the city center though."

"Everything was elegant, vibrant and colorful. Staff were ability wonderful, food was amazing and room by and large very comfortable. My only complaints (which is more of a hotel thing by in large) was that though they provided you with water bottles for your room, they were very small, and unless you were eating at the restaurants their wasn’t any sort of water fountain or filtration to pull from. Unfortunately the bar was closed for renovations so that was a no go too. Not great for dehydrated...

"This is a nice but standard hotel so nothing fancy but clean and not too small. The washrooms are a great size with lots of counter space and they served fresh coffee in the morning to hotel guests which is great if you get up early (before cafes are open) and want to be in lobby because other(s) are still sleeping in your room. GREAT location... literally 2min from Arlanda Express to airport, 5min to Central Station and central downtown areas."

"This was a nice hotel. Beds were too soft but ok. Most of the staff was great but a cranky waitress and one of the front desk people could have been more polite. One of the young ladies at the bar was especially friendly and helpful. Good location very close to the underground."

"The hotel is in a great location if you are flying or taking the train. The hotel is close to attractions and public transportation. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was worth the price! Rooms were clean and well-designed. Our room was cozy but it had everything we needed. Would recommend and we will stay again when in Stockholm!"
