What a fantastic hotel! Unbelievable value for what you get. Huge pool, very clean and spacious rooms, unbeatable location on Choeng Mon beach. Had a 2 week stay at this hotel and from the moment we arrived it was amazing. Staff are very friendly, attentive and professional. All the food in the hotel (and believe me we tried pretty much all of it) was brilliant. Short walk along the beach to Bophut Fishing village with more bars, restaurants and shops. Only negative was that the holiday ended too early. Would definitely go back.

Best place to stay in Koh Samui. Fantastic rooms, hotel immaculate, staff so friendly, great choice of breakfast, Thai, European , British, and a la carte. The hot items for breakfast could be warmer though. Great beach location and the only place to stay in this area of Koh Samui

Our family of three (husband, myself and 7 year old daughter), have just returned from an almost two week stay at Kimpton Kitalay. We had an incredible time at the hotel. We stayed for 11 days in a sea view villa April 2016 for my sons wedding . Really good hotel, facilities and grounds are very well thought out and the staff were always very welcoming, with excellent service. Very relaxing place to be and they make it easy, helped by spacious layout of things like sunbeds and the large very nice pool facilities and beach facilities/ activiites. Very good standard of food in 2 restaurants (not cheap though) and we looked forward to their comprehensive breakfast...

Many years, Banyan tree always look after us well. Extremely helpful staff, always make us feel welcomed. Great facilities. Mom and me enjoyed the yoga class. Dad enjoyed the beautiful beach. Thank you, banyan tree, gave us a wonderful quite family time.

Enjoyed my stay here thoroughly, and the staff were incredibly helpful whenever it was needed. They have a great view from the beach, breakfast is delicious, the cooking class was really great fun and the private villas are incredible if you want to enjoy the privacy of waking up to your own swimming pool. I researched all hotels on Koh Samui before booking this hotel. I was not disappointed. Everything you could possibly want is provided. The staff anticipate anything else & have a genuine desire to make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. I have stayed in some super hotels but this surpasses all of them.

Beautiful location with wonderful, friendly staff who go out of their way to be helpful. The spa and spa staff are amazing!!! Can’t recommend it enough. The only downside to this hotel is the hygiene and slightly dated pool surroundings. The hygiene around the breakfast buffet area could be a lot better, ie, food covered up to prevent the horrendous amount of flies going on food and plates, really was off putting. Could be managed better to prevent illness. Overall wonderful stay.

When traveling to the other side of then globe, it's nice to know that you'll be welcomed when you get there. To say that the staff at Rocky's were all accommodating would be an understatement. From our fantastic room to the private boat tour to scooter rentals, there wasn't a thing we were want for. The private beach was a major plus, as it's great to have you own little space away from it all. I almost don't want the "secret" of Rocky's to get out, as this was one of the most enjoyable...

Excellent stay. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and their attention to detail was fabulous. Loved the decor of the property. It was traditional, with the bamboo and wood decor, gives the place a zen like feeling. Best part was the location of the hotel and the way it is designed. Even though we were in the busy part of chaweng we never felt like it. It was very calm and peaceful. The beach was excellent, only issue was that there was some patches of dirt. I had a lovely relaxing time at the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff made for an enjoyable time. Lovely room and pool with the beach close by. A large spread was available for breakfast. A very nice start to the day. Occasionally I found a staff member that could not grasp what I was asking in English. I treated myself to a manicure at the Zense Spa. I regretted my choice as I could have done a much better job with a pair of nail clippers.

Just a short trip (10 mins) from Koh Samui airport. Taxi cost is about 500 TBH. Very new hotel and very very warm service. Everyone greeted us with respect and a broad smile and very welcoming too. The staff were very helpful and very pro-active to our needs. The hotel has very amazing views in the morning and has 3 pools. Kids loved in the pool and 1 pool is veen fresh water with no chlorine impacting the eyes. Evenings at the pool they have a projector where movies are shown is a realy nice...

Lovely modern room. Very clean. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Had view of pool and sea. Stayed in 6 hotels whilst in Thailand on this trip (all 4*) and this was the best by far....very friendly staff. Good breakfast selection. Great choices for lunch and dinner. Had happy hours throughout the day which we took advantage of....highly recommend.

The Library is an amazing oasis of peace and privacy in a popular resort. You can experience the beach and other local attractions but retreat to the tranquility of the Library when you want some quiet relaxation. A truly unique hotel with many wonderful design features. The staff were all tremendous, and the standard of service and attention very high. The hotel is located perfectly opposite a beautiful beach, and a few minutes walk to the best restaurants on the island and Fishermans market. The hotel service and hospitality was incredible and I can't wait to go back. I would highly recommend this hotel.
