"This was supposed to be a romantic getaway but it wasn't. The weather played a major factor. The hotel was ok a bit rustic they upgraded me to a suite but it didn't have any wifi or a working television. The food was amazing but there was little to do as far as excursions. The staff was very kind and were working hard to help us but this definitely fell short of 4 stars which I was expecting. To top it of they charged me $80 for the boat ride to the island as if I could get there any other way...

"I didn’t like that I was not told that I had to walk 15 minutes up a hill to get to our room. I have a lung condition so it was not good for me to do that. Once we got to the room we couldn’t go anywhere because we would of had to walk back down the hill then back up again. If I was told that we had to do this I would of never booked it. I liked the staff, they were all very attentive to our needs. "

"The housekeeping, and the chef were amazing. The shower, light was not working. They was no AC. The pool was not clean. By the way for the AC they provided us 2 fans and the middle of the night the all of the light went out. From the entrance until you reach the receptionist they was no light at all. I was supposed to stay for nights but i only stay for 1 night. The only reason we stayed for 1 night because we arrive around 8pm. I spoke to the receptionist about improving the this hotel. Overall it was okay."
