"The hotel was beautiful, as described online and we were very happy with the comfort of the bed, pillows, air conditioning and amenities. Terrific breakfast bar which was such a relief to start the day with a peaceful place instead of the chaos outside. The rooftop patio was beautiful. The pool was small but felt nice to dip your toes in after a long, hot day. Something to be aware of though, Gran Via is like Times Square. There are constant people and it feels like you’re entering rush hour the minute you exit your hotel. We were actually shocked how quiet our room was with the amount of people outside. So, I definitely recommend this hotel for style, substance and comfort. But if you don’t like lots of people, don’t pick Gran Via. I had a great stay but the husband was definitely peopled out by our third night."
