The location is stunning, the building/room are well renovated, and the service was impeccable. They catered to gluten-free for breakfast, and the caprese salad we had one evening was delicious. We appreciated the use of local produce. Thank you for our stay, we wished it was longer!

Loris and Ambra, are the most perfect hosts, welcoming us into their beautiful accommodation with such grace and care. Loris helped get our bags up some steps and into the elevator. The balcony room was immaculate with a very modern shower room. Air con and the prettiest balcony to sit and watch the world go by. We love the location as close to restaurants, shopping and Vatican and St. Peter's Basilica Square. The place has an elevator (small but this is common in Europe). Our room was the right size, even the bathroom (just stand alone shower), bed like a queen size. The bed is firm but comfortable, good wifi, clean room, there is an A/C but not strong enough as we stayed here summer and hot. The proprietor was very responsive to all our inquiries, we had good communication.

Amazing location, very accommodating, clean and good breakfast

Lovely clean room and areas, staff very friendly. We paid for the transfer which was great and similar price to transfer company’s. No breakfast as such but they do offer free coffee and Italian biscuits in the morning if wanted. Have booked for next year already.

Food and service was absolutely incredible

Small hotel in my favourite area. Staff is friendly with professional communication prior the arrival! Can not comment on breakfast as slept over it every morning - very quiet and pleasant stay. Loved it!!!

Very pleased to have stayed here. Host very helpful. Able to leave bags after a cruise so we could spend the day in Rome. Also nice to be able to cook a simple pasta meal in the kitchen after cruise meals

Fantastic hotel with great staff and the rooms were large. The property is beautifully designed and at the end of a long day sightseeing it is like being welcomed home. The location is perfect, walkable to all the main sights but in a quiet neighbourhood surrounded by great restaurants. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Excellent location Room had plenty of space in the bathroom for 2 washbags. Also 2 stands for suitcases. Most hotels don't have that. Tiny breakfast room but never busy. Breakfast was nice with the personal touch. Receptionists friendly and efficient

The staff was very friendly and really made us feel welcome. Room was stylish and comfortable. Despite the location just above (1st floor) the busy riverbank road the room was very quiet - thanks to renovated windows. The location was perfect for us.

Highly recommend staying here. It's centrally located to all the major tourist sites but in a lovely, quiet, residential area with lots of great shops and restaurants nearby. Stefanos place is very clean and well equipped and he prides himself on providing a huge amount of information to guests to enable them to have a fabulous stay in Rome. The map he provided was invaluable on our trip and meant that we could start to explore the city the moment we arrived - essential as we were only staying...
