"We liked the freshness and cleanliness of the property. Need a kettle in the kitchen. Didn't like the box telling us we HAD to clean our kitchen in departure. We didn't like the pressure the reception staff were put under when checking in and out guests. Ridiculous to expect 2 people or even one on check out to do all the paperwork, it should be automated like Premier Inn. People were getting annoyed and rude which could be avoided. "The hotel building is good, in an excellent position and in good condition. Our room was a de-luxe 5th floor room, large, well fitted and in good condition. However, it was still school holidays when we stayed which made it very noisy. The restaurant was extremely noisy and children running in all directions.The food was ok, not great. The evening entertainment was very loud. So overall, unless you are taking your children there during the holidays, wait until school is back!"

"The staff was amazing, especially Sandra she helped me a lot everyday with the area and getting a taxi. Nothing in this area is walkable unfortunately so taxis tend to get expensive after a while. The hotel itself was really clean and I felt super safe as a solo female traveller. Breakfast was affordable and some good options! One thing that I didn’t like was that water wasn’t offered at all times but coffee was. Water was only during breakfast. Maybe that’s something they can consider offering to their guests, especially in 35 degree weather! All in all the hotel itself is great! "
