"I booked this hotel because they advertised an indoor pool. Only after I paid And they emailed a confirmation did they mention the pool is closed. I immediately Tried to reach out to cancel the booking but the reception was also closed. I then contacted Hotels.com who said I could only cancel through their reception but this was impossible since the reception was closed. I’ve called and emailed with no reply. "

Chambre très joliment décorée et fonctionnelle, literie de qualité donc une bonne nuit reposante passée sur place. "il n'y a pas eu de séjour. il a été annulé par la chambre d'hôte (par mail) l'après-midi de mon arrivée. a 18H passée j'ai dû retrouver, par moi même, un autre lieux pour dormir!! je n'ai pas de remboursement de ma nuitée, pourtant bien encaissée. le s.a.v. de hotels.com est en fait un automate virtuel. SITE A EVITER. a ce jour, aucune réponse, malgré n° de téléphone, adresse mail, n° de confirmation. "
