"使い捨てのタオル、歯磨き、櫛などがありました。部屋も清潔で、寝泊まりするだけなら満点です。朝ごはんのサンドイッチが無料でついてくるのと、足りなければ下のコンビニで買えば問題ないです。スタッフもしっかり対応してくれて、英語も完璧でした。また機会があれば利用したです。"

"事前に到着が深夜になることを伝えていましたが、チェックイン方法等の連絡はなく、到着するも部屋に入れずでした。結局深夜から飛び込みで泊まれるホテルを探す始末でした。
その後もメッセージに対しては何も返答がありません。払い戻しもどうなるかわかりません。"
