"Hotel contemporain, personnel très souriant, restauration très bine (tant pour le buffet du petit déjeuner que le restaurant). Seule ombre au tableau, une personne errant dans la rue s'est introduite dans la salle du petit-déjeuner et nous a volé un smart phone. Nous nous en sommes aperçu immédiatement. Nous avons eu le présence d'esprit d'aller autour de la gare et avons retrouvé cette personne et pu récupérer le téléphone. "

"Très bon séjour. La démarche pour obtenir l'accès à l'Hotel (zone piétonne) pour les PMR pourrait être décrite dans la description de l'hotel. Sinon excellent séjour et acceuil"

"Grande chambre avec lit séparé comme demandé, couloir d entrée séparé, donnant sur salle de bain d un coté et chambre de l autre. Silencieux. Bon petit-déjeuner. Bon rapport qualité prix. Face à la gare, proche centre pompidou à 3 minutese passant au travers de la gare. Parking souterrain public à proximité, avec prix divisé par 2 grâce à un bon donné par l hotel , j ai payé 9,40€ pour 24h, car difficile et cher de se garer à Metz ."

"The Novotel in Metz was one of the more expensive hotels we have stayed in on our European tour. It is not as classy as we had expected and the decor in the room was dated especially the textured white walls. The plugs in both the sink and shower did not drain well and smelt. The bed was comfortable and pillows fluffy. There is an outside pool but it is very busy with children and not very big. The price of the hotel was not reflected in the stay. The underground parking is shared and smells...

"Easy to reach, very close to the highway, very friendly staff, early check-in, quiet, rooms were very clean, comfortable beds, comfortable rooms with lots of space, airconditioning worked well, elevator and stairs available. Nice art at the walls. Excellent hotel!"

"Wir waren eine Nacht in Metz und das Hotel war für uns praktisch. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir in der Lobby stehen lassen. Personal war super freundlich. Zimmer eher klein aber sehr gepflegt und es war sehr gut ausgestattet. "

The grounds were well kept and peaceful and we had plenty to do including a tennis court, a spa, walking trails, oversized chess and checkers, and boats. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
