"We are a married couple in our 60s, and have just spent a week here at the beginning of October. This is their low season, so the hotel was very quiet and peaceful, which suits us. We could not fault the facilities, the cleanliness of the room, etc. The hotel comprises of an open central restaurant and bar, surrounded by colourful, well maintained gardens and small bungalows in which are situated the guest rooms, which are air conditioned. "Such a bad experience! Horrible service and rude staff. The lady in the front desk would not let us check in, claiming that she didn’t have our reservation even do we had already paid.
I do not recommend this place!
Wrong address and phone number
And I still haven’t received my money back."

"Good, friendly staff on arrival and helped with bags. Easy check-in with a welcome drink.
The room I had needed updating as it was tatty in places, especially the bathroom.
The front door had gaps, so it let in noise and smells from the busy street out front.
Nice amenities in the room, with baked cookies, which was a nice touch.
This hotel has access to a public beach, and your hotel room door is your only security. It's very open, and they have a lot of locals trying to sell you tourist...

"Okay for 1 or 2 nights. Features a very nice beach front restaurant, that made my stay worthwhile.
Rooms are quite boring and only in fair shape. AC is either a noisy freezer or you switch off.
Tap water has high content of chlorine, not nice in skin.
Hotel is lacking easy accessible information about facilities and also basic features such as DND door signs don't exist.
Upon check out at 0:30h I found no one picking up phone help line 110, no one (zero!) staff at reception desk, no security...
