"Amazingly friendly staff, really excellent cook-to-order breakfast and a top-cozy room with an almost private rooftop terrace plus the best possible location in the heart of the old town... simply top-notch!"

"Das Hotel liegt zentral, verfügt über ein leicht zu erreichendes Parkhaus sowie gleichermaßen ruhige wie große Zimmer und bietet ein ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. Die Preise für das Parkhaus können zwar nicht als niedrig, jedoch noch angemessen bezeichnet werden.
Das Personal war ganz überwiegend sehr freundlich."

"We’ve been staying at Begs Hotel for the fifth time over the past 2 years, with each stay lasting at least a week. Previously, we were given a good-sized room with three wardrobes, giving enough storage space for 2 people staying for a week. The rooms we had previously stayed in had also been recently renovated.
This time, however, we were given a smaller room with only 1 wardrobe, and it hadn’t seem to be renovated.
As we were staying for a week again, having enough storage space was crucial...

"There were some issues with credit card payments during both check-in and check-out. However, the team handled the situation very professionally and efficiently."

"The staff were fabulous and the highlight of this hotel, beautiful historic property in a great location
Bed was comfortable, breakfast had great and plentiful options.
Washroom was horrible. Shower /bathtub was so thin a hairbrush barely fits in the width of it at the front. Had to shower sideways. Handheld clip broken so needed to lay it on the floor of the tub to wash then pick it up after. Large faucet/handheld/rainfall shower head multifunction controls confusing to use."
