"A staff shouted "NO NO NO" to my son 7 years old after my son go to ask for old newspaper to use for drying our hiking shoes after long rainy day. This manner is unacceptable and this staff should be get rid of soon to prevent this kind of bad review. Normally I'll go to Sounkyo once a year and this hotel will be banned. Another thing is one of futon that we've to do the bed ourselves was stain with menstrual. Old and dusty."

"EVERYTHING was lovely. From the entrance, the hotel looked exactly like the pictures. Staffs were great and gave us very warm hospitality. Complimentary drinks and soft cream were provided at the lobby. The room was big enough to fit all 3 people from my group perfectly. The 3-private-onsen room and the public bath were very satisfying. "The foods is the best as well as the spacious room. Staffs are polite and helpful. The atmosphere is peaceful and can walk in a minute to the ropeway.(Of course you need to spend a day in hiking up there) Nothing to mention for unlike this hotel"

"川側の部屋との連絡を受けていましたが、実際は山側の部屋でした。その旨、伝えましたが、エクスペリアからは川側との連絡は受けていないとの回答があり解決せず、領収書にも川側の部屋との表記があり、エクスペリア側、旅館側どちらの落度かは分かりませんが、なんとなく旅行にケチが付いたような気分になりました。"
