"THE HOTEL IS UNDER MASSIVE RENOVATION. It was posted that the pool and work-out room were going to be closed all year, but nothing was noted about the rest of the renovation that is being done. THe front lobby smells very musty. The bar area was not open as it is part of the front lobby renovation. Our room was very "humid" and that made that dirty carpet feel "damp". None of the lights in the room worked, and the maintenance guy said he has to reset the breaker for the room, and they were fine...

"Love the hotel, the area and the staff. My only complaint was the walls are very thin & could hear the toddler screaming and Dad(assuming) yelling to stop but toddler wouldn’t for long time til finally fell asleep. Then in the morning could hear same people talking/laughing- woke me up. Other than that we loved this place."

"The room was not ready on time, even though we arrived early. They said they would get to cleaning it right away, and still it was not ready on time. The floors were still wet when we walked in. Staff were smoking near the entrance regularly with the doors wide open."

"Parking was great. Breakfast was fine and area was clean and well attended. Room was clean. At check in we were not told they did not clean rooms daily. No one came by during our 3 night stay. No shower soap on arrival and it took three requests over two days to get some. Manager handled issue."

"A quick stop over on the bourbon trail during a cross country road trip with my service dog. This place could not have been better! Impeccably clean, great communication from hosts, everything you can think of is readily available - and beds so comfortable. I will be back (with others - did not realize there were essentially three master suites as all rooms are HUGE and very well equipped). Backyard is amazing and I wish we could have enjoyed it with better weather, but the convenience alone...
