"A perfect stay at this beautiful resort. The staff was exceptional, the dining/food options were great for a weeklong stay. We had a Club Level room, which gave us access to free breakfasts, high tea and happy hour appetizers daily - the BEST! The Club Level also has its own pool perched on the hill with a beautiful view, with internet access/work area and a fun place to play cards. "Room was very clean. Staff were all super lovely and helpful. Bar and restaurant was VERY well priced.
One of the quieter accomodations on the Wailoaloa beach front which I really loved as you’re still in the middle of it all and have a peaceful retreat. Lovely views from the pool and dining area.
Our room came with a private balcony which was lovely, and all the amenities were excellent including an air con unit AND a ceiling fan. We had NO issues whatsoever, and we will definitely be...

"The staff was always friendly and engaging but the service wise at the bars and restaurants was slow. It takes ages before they will reach out and offer a drink or food menu. The hotel doesnt provide any tours and doesn’t collaborate with the travel agencies to offer such services. They dont have any entertainment either, it feels like you stay in the retirement community. 🙃 It is centrally located within the walking distance to the major institutions and downtown area."

"Please provide a better service in meal ordering. I waited an hour to get my food. Staff took wrong orders 3 times and I ended up canceling my lunch.
Room service staff are great. Just need to better serve the customers at the restaurant. We are paying a lot of money to enjoy our vacation and lunch staff was not very nice."
