"Awesome, friendly and accommodating staff.
Great affordable food and drinks with a great selection of both. Good breakfast selection (continental and off the menu cooked breakfast).
Lovely, well kept, established gardens with a great pool and surrounding area.
A very authentic Fijian experience and would highly recommend if that's what you're after.
The rooms/accommodation, whilst not 5* are very spacious and clean with air-conditioning and fans. Daily room service was impeccable.

"1) Needs pest control, spotted lots of cockroaches, spiders and lizards in the room.
2) Shower and sink needs lots of maintenance.
3) Typical dirty smell across the hotel
4) Advertised as continental Breakfast, they give you 3 slice of white toast, 1 cup of tea or coffee, and 2 pieces of fruit.
5) Blankets and linen worst quality, bad odour.
6) No natural ventilation, only way to let fresh air come in is when you open the main entry door for the room."

"The house felt neglected. Outdated electronics. No gauzed door to stop mosquito or bugs. Network is so bad. The wifi didn’t work for one night. The washing machine had so much dirt built up in filter that I had to clean before washing my clothes. The freezer wasn’t freezing - disappointed for paying so much and the place didn’t meet expectations.
The owner did try to compensate for network issues with a 50% refund on additional bed that was requested but with the amount we paid per night that...

"The staff was always friendly and engaging but the service wise at the bars and restaurants was slow. It takes ages before they will reach out and offer a drink or food menu. The hotel doesnt provide any tours and doesn’t collaborate with the travel agencies to offer such services. They dont have any entertainment either, it feels like you stay in the retirement community. 🙃 It is centrally located within the walking distance to the major institutions and downtown area."
