"Receptionist didn’t work smart properly to manage situations and room for guests. Even though the room has been available but they don’t want you to get in the room fast. If you’re thinking that they need time to clean up the mess in the room? Hahaha No they didn’t even do anything because I kept my eyes on them and they just got in to put the new bed sheets and leave. That’s it! They did."

"The location of the hotel was excellent as was the room and cleanliness. It’s a stunning hotel with great decor. My only small complaint was the bar. Packed until late on Friday and Saturday night so unable to use it, when we were able to get a drink on the Sunday the staff were almost rude, it wasn’t somewhere you could unwind at the end of the day. "good location, next to arlanda express entrance. period of our stays was very crowded. large breakfast buffet area, but not enough for guests. lack of choices for breakfast, only 2 kinds of egg, scrambled and boiled. less cold dishes, hot less than.. the room was ok for us. cons, no fridge, dust on coners, outdated style, some molded-like area in bathroom."

"Das Zimmer war zwar sehr klein, aber super intelligent gestaltet, sodass dennoch alles Platz gefunden hat. Das Bett war unglaublich bequem und die Möglichkeit, über den Fernseher eigene Inhalte zu streamen, finde ich toll. Lediglich mit den Kopfkissen konnte ich nichts anfangen. Die waren mir leider viel zu fest, ich liebe Kissen, in die man einsinkt. Hier wird es aber schweit, es jedem Gast recht zu machen, aber vielleicht wäre eine Auswahl aus festen und weichen Kissen eine gute...
