"The view from the room was fabulous! The room was spacious and the bed comfortable, we really enjoyed our stay! There are plenty of common spaces inside and outside to spend some time relaxing"

"Pleasant hosts who are helpful. Clean, spacious cottage with a well-supplied kitchen and comfortable king size bed.
Private parking next to the cottage is convenient.
We had some difficulty with the heat because it is on timers. We find that inconvenient. Our only other problem was a slight but persistent sewer odor in the bathroom. "

"The Lerryn Hotel is in a fabulous spot, great access for the town and beach.
The breakfast was faultless with perfect service.
However, the shower overflowed on my first morning.
This was rectified, but there was water coming through the extractor above the shower at times, and a leak of water onto the bathroom floor from the base of the shower when the shower was not in operation.
Room generally not that clean, grubby carpet, and room not tidied daily when user away.
Am I asking too much for...

"Amazing views, very lovely staff, easy parking, very clean and comfortably spacious rooms.
Only thing to note is that if the bar / restaurant is open and music on, and it's summer and you have windows open, it can get a bit noisy on the top floor. We stayed Friday and sat night so that might also make a difference. Parents were in room on cliffside below the restaurant and was much quieter there. Five stars easily even with this!"
