"Helpful staff and breakfast was simple but well done something for everyone at the table!"

"Very disappointing stay at Best Western Alamosa Inn. We checked in after 8:00 PM after spending the day at Great Sand Dunes National Park, only to find multiple issues with our room: the bathroom sink was completely unusable because the stopper was stuck closed, the shower body wash and conditioner dispensers were empty, and the hair dryer did not work and contained broken glass. I have photos and videos documenting all of these issues. We reported the problems immediately. After waiting over...

"Service was good it’s a very old building needs new paint and it would have been nice to use the slide at the “water park”. That being said the sheets and pillows were clean and so was the bathroom, breakfast was minimal but they had the waffle maker so that was a plus. No dairy free options and it was weird that the eggs were just sitting out and not refrigerated. We had a good time looking around and watching cable tv again."

"Staff would not transfer a call to my room and would say can you call back in 2 hours to my caller. Staff didnt clean my room daily, I had to ask for clean towels. Remote was not operational asked front desk -no service to fix was provided. Air conditioner was extremely loud and barely working. Bot all plugs or lights in room were functioning. I did requested early check out 48 hours prior to last day."

"This is a budget hotel. It's an aged property. But price is right, and it's only for one night!Lou at the front desk is an angel and she wants to be helpful. She even offered to give me a lift to dinner in town. If you are riding the train and you want to save a few bucks then stay here. There is a new Sinclair convenience store 100 yards away that has great breakfast burritos and good coffee."
