"I enjoyed our stay. I was traveling alone with two kids for a last minute trip. Hotel felt safe. Room was clean and well appointed. All the staff we encountered was so kind. Everything we ended up needing was very close and convenient. The only reason I wouldn't book again is if we found another hotel with a better pool area and hot tub. "

"When we arrived we were told the building was no longer the Grand Inn and that it was for workers only and there were no rooms available. It was the address given when I booked online and was told it was no longer a Grand Inn. We had to find another hotel for our 4 days in Moorhead. It was a disappointing experience to say the least. "There are so many issues with this place that I don't even know where to start. Our room was not ready until about 5:30. We stayed on a Thursday night and they said that the room wasn't clean. The hotel was pretty empty, so they must not clean the rooms until late in the week. Gross!!
