"The A/C wasn’t adequate for the room size , I booked for 5 nights but stayed only 2 because it was too hot in the room .

I stayed for one night after flying in to Bangkok. I'd pre-booked the hotel shuttle from the airport which currently runs every hour. The shuttle is free and was on time and they were expecting me. The grounds are nicely laid out and the swimming pool looked good, but didn't have time to try it. The room was spacious and bed comfortable. There was a good choice at breakfast and coffee was very good. Overall a very good value hotel especially with the shuttle to and from the airport.

Had to spend a night in between flights and felt lucky we found the U-Tiny Hotel! We were met at the airport with someone holding a sign, were driven the short drive to the hotel in air conditioning with complimentary cold waters, and met warmly by hotel staff. Great customer service. The gym is modern, air conditioned with towels and water bottles stocked up.
On my last night, I had two drunk Brits making a lot of noise at around 1 :15 AM. I complained and they quickly attended to the matter and l upgraded my room complimentary for one night. They also gave me a discount for the inconvenience caused.
