Loved the onsen and massage.

The hot spring is nice. There are a lot of free stuffs serving at 21.00 - 23.00 (ramen, apple juice and ice cream). The room was cleaned properly everyday. Foods serving on breakfast are delicious.

What a fantastic hotel,very helpful polite staff,great location for everything, rooms are a very high standard, would stay again.

All good, excellent location for exploring Hakodate. Staff recommended Times parking although there were cheaper options closer. Some minor damage to walls in rooms/bathroom stop this place form being excellent. A fine stay but nothing special, all good!

Great onsen hotel, large but not overcrowded in obsen or restaurants. Comfortable room

A great stay, but for only one night as we are travelling. However, would definitely use this hotel again the onsen was wonderful and breakfast very nice too. Could not fault this hotel.
