"It was off season and half restaurants were not open so had to eat at the buffet all time and then sit out in the wind were food was cold in one minute
They were working on the buildings and the floor in our room had buckles in it
The beds are hard no towels at pool if you don’t go by 9 am to get one
The entertainment is so so one band was a no show then they had DJ

"I have nothing but amazing things to say from the Service to the Food to how our children were treated. "I was disappointed with my stay at Jolly Beach Resort. I booked with Experian. The hotel was falsely advertised, as the actual conditions didn't match the pictures we saw when booking. The rooms were much smaller than expected, and there was no refrigerator available.
