"The staff seemed bothered to check me on and out. The paint was peeling in the ceiling in the shower. The hall smelled like Indian food. The elevator was broken. The hand soap was out in my room and not refilled. All in all there is much to improve to get even to a 2"

"I've had the opportunity to stay previously at the Hyatt and was pleased with the remodeling and updates to the rooms. The only suggestions would be to install shower bars in the showers and a shelf in the shower area for the bath towels so you have someplace to put the towels while showering."

"100% this is Expedias fault. I had a confirmation number for my stay. When I arrived the Hotel had no information in regards to my stay. They were at capacity and I had no choice but to leave. Driving home 4 + hours in the middle of the night. Thanks Expedia for the terrible experience. I will never use the services again. I will specifically through IHG going forward. "Overall we were satisfied with the hotel. The room was clean. The pool was satisfactory. The breakfast was lacking some. It would’ve benefitted from some eggs and sausage/bacon. We only had two towels in our room. When I asked about getting more, housekeeping said that there was a shortage of towels and that they had no idea where they were disappearing to. She said there was a load in the wash and they would bring us some when they were done. We got three new ones for the next day."
